Our current **FAQ** reads: >Fitness and Nutrition - Stack Exchange is for physical fitness professionals, athletes, trainers, and those providing health-related needs. Topics include exercise and training, nutrition and diets, wellness, and activities related to strength, endurance, agility, and cardiovascular fitness. I have a feeling that the Fitness part of our current title makes it look like we're focused on weightlifting or exercising in a gym, rather than being about anything related to being or becoming fit. This might be because at least in Dutch, Fitness is synonymous for working out in a gym, if this extends to other languages the word *Fitness* in itself would be somewhat inappropriate. I've already voiced my concerns regarding the Nutrition part of the site, but after discussing it with Robert I understand why to try and keep the sites scope broader rather than narrow. However, by having Nutrition explicitly in the title, I do think it gets more attention than would perhaps be appropriate. Then there are the questions, like the one you linked, that contribute to feeling or being fit, but aren't directly about Fitness or Nutrition. I think we haven't seen enough of these borderline questions to judge whether they're a natural fit with the rest of our content. However, I think Wikpedia sums it up pretty nicely: > **Physical fitness** is generally achieved through exercise, correct nutrition and enough rest. It is an important part of life. So if you ask me, when our site would just be called Physical Fitness, everyone should know that both exercise and nutritional questions are on-topic. I hope it would also be more clear to everyone that it's more broader than just fitness, so that other forms of exercise are welcomed as well. I'd rather not promote Well-being to an official part of our scope, because this invites an audience that's very different from what the core audience of this site is intended to be. I don't want to exclude well-being outright, but it shouldn't be allowed to rule the site either. **Update:** [Based on the Area51 discussion about Sport proposals][1], I would go even further and propose that the site should be called **Sports** instead.
